*All items are securely packaged and will be sent via Recorded or Special Delivery so that a signature is required. I do not wish your item to go astray in the post and this method ensures that you will receive it and (with most items) are able to track its delivery to you. Obviously this is slightly more expensive than regular first / second class mail and I believe the extra cost is worth the insurance. 

*Spend up to £9.99 and the postage will be £2.95 (within the UK mainland).  Spend £10 to £24.99 and it is £3.95.  Spend £25 to £74.99 and postage is £5.95.  Spend more than £75 in a single transaction and postage is FREE!  These rates do not include tiaras - please email me if you wish to include tiaras in your order so I can give you an accurate postage rate.

*If ordering more than one of an item shown for sale please allow up to 7 days for it to be made (it usually doesn't take that long, but this is not my main source of income!).  Once your items are completed and mailed I will email you with your package tracking number so that you may follow its progress on the Royal Mail website.  If you would like me to use an alternative courier/parcel service (ie UPS/FedEx/etc) please let me know by email before placing your order so that I can quote you accurately for postage costs.

*I am happy to mail items abroad however postage costs will be considerably more expensive.  Please bear this in mind when placing your order.  I prefer to use FedEx.  Please email me before placing your order so that I can quote you accurately for postage costs to your country.

*If your order is being mailed abroad please note that you are responsible for any import taxes/charges levied.  Orders will not be delivered to a PO Box address.

*If you are unhappy with any item please email me with your concerns. If we agree on a return it must be returned in the same condition it was sent and securely packaged. All returns will receive a refund once the item/s have been received by me and checked. Postage costs for the return must be paid for by yourself. The original postage costs of sending the item to you cannot obviously be refunded. 

*All items are shipped to avoid damage in transit. If an item is damaged in transit or your package looks to have been tampered with, please contact Royal Mail/your package courier to recover the costs as per their insurance.
